Each piece is handmade upon order and takes 30-40 BUSINESS days to complete. Once your item has been custom made for you, you’ll receive the tracking information. You can opt in on detailed notifications of your package once it’s in transit. Expedited shipping available upon request starting at $35 usd. We encourage any questions via musebypablo@gmail.com.

We accept returned items (unless otherwise noted) in exchange for other products within 14 days of delivery date. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. All shipping charges for exchanges are to be covered by the customer. No refunds are available at this time. 

**HOW TO EXCHANGE ITEMS BACK TO US:
Ship your item(s) to the address listed below. MUSE by Pablo is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit; we highly suggest that you use a courier with a trackable shipping service. Email us your order number and what you'd like to exchange it for (please note it must be of equal or similar value). Once we've received and reviewed the returned items, the exchanged items will be shipped.
